PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Al suo interno è già presente un impianto idraulico composto di: pompa, vaso d’espansione, valvola di massima 3 bar. E’ possibile installare la caldaia con impianto a vaso chiuso. Si consiglia qualora si volesse utilizzare la stufa per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria di installare un boiler di accumulo.
La camera di combustione è di spessore 5 mm. Il pellet, è prelevato dal serbatoio, da una coclea, azionata da un motore, che ne dosa giusta quantità e lo fa cadere all’interno del braciere, dove si sviluppa la fiamma. La caldaia funziona a tiraggio forzato. Prima di essere espulsi, i fumi compiono un lungo percorso all'interno della caldaia, e scambiano così energia termica con l’acqua.
Grazie alla presenza dei turbolatori, agitabili tramite leve, il passaggio dei fumi viene ulteriormente rallentato favorendo lo scambio termico e quindi la resa della caldaia. I fumi sono poi espulsi, attraverso la canna fumaria.
La caldaia è regolata da un sistema elettronico che stabilisce automaticamente, la quantità di combustibile in funzione della temperatura rilevata dell’acqua e dei fumi.
Raggiunta la temperatura dell’acqua impostata, la caldaia va in modulazione riducendo al minimo la potenza oppure, se attivata la funzione stand-by, si spegne. La funzione stand-by, utile soprattutto nelle mezze stagioni, permette di spegnere la fiamma al raggiungimento della temperatura impostata e di riaccenderla autonomamente quando la casa si raffredda.
E’ possibile il collegamento della caldaia, direttamente al termostato ambiente della casa. In questo caso il funzionamento della caldaia è legato alla temperatura rilevata dal termostato.
