COMMERCIAL ITALY

The Sales Department of Italy takes care of sales (preparation of the estimate, commercial proposal, contract stipulation), and management of relations with Italian customers and suppliers, from order management (order and storage communication) to customer assistance during the commercial negotiation and also after-sales.
In collaboration with area managers and agents, it records sales and production data in order to interpret sales trends and consequently organizes the various sales and promotion activities for Italy.

EXPORT DEPARTMENT

The Export Department deals with the research of markets and customers, the definition of contractual conditions, the handling of goods, the preparation of documentation for foreign countries and the offer of commercial and technical support to foreign customers as well as to the organization on-site assistance and after-sales service.
In collaboration with the authorized Importers and resellers, it records sales and production data in order to interpret sales trends and consequently organize the different marketing policies on the foreign market, customizing sales and promotion strategies for each Country
